Sports Rotation

In our school csns on tuesdays we always have something call sports rotation with a range sports like soccer,hockey,golf,circuits,basketball,badminton,tennis and touch

Well today Im going to tell you my favourite sport which is going to be "Drumroll please everyone" Oh yes yes it is circuits. Well now that we have had the drumroll which is curcuits now I'm going to explain what you do.

Well circuits is an easy type of sports which involves fitness and speed and agility which ranges over different ranges rotations in circuits like hurdles, ladders,hoola hoops,planks,push ups sit ups,baseball hitting and that's why I like circuits because there is a range of sports that you can do, and one thing you didn't know is that each rotation is 3 to 4 minutes of doing, which kind of means that you have to do them fast.

On a sunny day usually we all get tired and sweat at the same time which means we have put in a lot of effort which is what the teacher says.

Our teacher mr Robertson is incharge of sport rotations but there is also kids that coach sports rotation which is called a sports leader which kids from different classrooms around the school, coach sports rotation.

My favourite rotation is in circuits hurdles because it speeds your legs up and gives good muscles and then gets more challenging when you get to higher hurdles and that you can try to not hit the hurdle over.

it's a lot of hard work but it's also a lot fun when you first try it.
